2004 Exiss XT408 4 Horse Trailer with Living Quarters. We just can’t take it with us. This slant load trailer is 100% ready to go with no mechanical problems. There are a few cosmetic dings on the LQ door from hitting the awning support, a dent in the left-front nose trim (see photo – it was there when we bought it), and the bottom rear of the left fender is curled under due to a blow out (see photo). Because of the blow out (on the freeway with four horses in the trailer), we put five new tires on it in between Dec 08 and March 09. The Living Quarters have been completely re-upholstered and we replaced the linoleum with a new laminate floor. Additionally, there is a 5.5 cu ft gas/electric refrigerator w/ freezer, a microwave, and two-burner gas stove. There is a cable/satellite television hook up and an AM/FM/CD player with an auxiliary for an IPOD with interior and exterior speakers! The LQ has a 6 gallon gas water heater, 30 gal fresh water, 30 gal gray water, and 20 gal black water tanks. The water pump, furnace, and air conditioner all work perfectly. There are plenty of storage and clothing cabinets. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and more storage cabinets. The bathroom also opens to the horse compartment. The horse compartment has drop down windows, sliding windows, and an escape door for the first horse. There are four roof vents that can be opened to either the front or the rear of the trailer. The rear doors open to the horse compartment and a tack room. The saddle rack is removable and the tack room collapses for a mare and foul. The interior and tack room have 12v lighting. There are two new 12-volt, deep-cycle batteries in a lock box, and two 20 gallon propane tanks.
