6’ flush floor slideout. This trailer is loaded with features including a 14’ short wall, 8’ width, 4 drop windows on each side with separate bars, escape door, 14’ awning, feed mangers with storage under, and a collapsible rear tack with a 4- saddle tree, blanket bars, bridle hooks, and brush tray. It also has a hayrack with ladder, 3 tie and load lights, stud divider, padded dividers with slam latches, and rubber matted walls and floor.
The trailer front is enclosed and contains an electric over hydraulic jack with dual legs, 2 new deep cycle marine batteries, dual Liquid Propane tanks with auto changeover, and a spare wheel/tire.
The living quarters is very open and roomy with a large bathroom containing a one piece fiberglass shower with glass door, vanity with sink, power roof vent, pass thru door to the horse compartment, a sliding space saver wood privacy door, and plenty of closet and cabinet space.
The galley has all the comforts of home, stainless appliances including a double door gas/electric fridge, microwave oven, power range hood, 2-burner cooktop, and a double sink with hi-rise faucet. There will be plenty of hot water with an LP quick recovery water heater equipped with a winterizing by-pass kit. Storage is no problem as there are lots of drawers, cupboards, and cabinets.
For living and sleeping comfort there is a western theme sofa/sleeper in the slide with a storable fold-up dinette, bunk beds with privacy curtains, and an overhead queen bed. roof mount TV ant., with TV shelf, 12v/110v outlets for TV, am/fm CD stereo with inside and outside speakers, and lots of wall switch controlled overhead lighting.
Heating and cooling is handled by a wall thermostat controlled ducted air conditioner with heat, and a forced air ducted furnace.
Best of all this living quarters is loaded with storage, from the 3 access door compartment below the feed mangers to the 7 hang-up interior clothes closets located from the bathroom to the trailer nose, plus lots of cabinets, cupboards, and drawers throughout the trailer.
Overall this trailer is in good to very good condition inside and out with the living quarters showing very little use. All systems and appliances have been checked out and are in working order, this trailer is ready to use
