Boreas is an outstanding black Dutch Warmblood colt,
by Grand Prix dressage stallion Gribaldi (Keur). This colt
has a great future ahead of him in the dressage world.
Boreas' brother Painted Black is an international Grand
Prix dressage winner too, ridden by Olympic rider Anky
van Grunsven. Boreas moves with elegance and
excellence, a floating mover extra-ordinaire. All 3 gaits
are very balanced, powerful and elastic. This colt has a
sweet and people-loving disposition, and is a born
pleaser. Boreas is black with no white. He has a very
cute face, and is built perfectly. This black beauty has a
pedigree you will rarely see- his motherline has already
produced an approved stallion and we think Boreas has
what it takes to become an approved breeding stallion
too. This is your chance to buy a unique quality colt that
can go very far in dressage and has breeding potential
as well. He is expected to mature to about 16.2h.
Boreas' sire is the famous Gribaldi. Gribaldi is a winning
Grand Prix dressage stallion, and his offspring is in high
demand. His offspring ranks high in-hand as well as at
dressage competitions. Gribaldi's oldest offspring is
already competing at FEI levels. He has at least 10
licensed sons, and produces offspring with great
eagerness to work as well as powerful smooth gaits and
often the desired black color.
Boreas' dam is the Keur Elite mare Amora (registered
name Pandora), by Goodtimes. Amora's mother and
grandmother are both Keur Preferent mares. You can

bought and imported together with his mother if you
like, or you can import him by himself after he has been
weaned. Amora has been bred back to Gribaldi for a
2007 foal.
Boreas' is a wonderful colt, with enormous presence and
unlimited dressage talent. Old Corner Stables will be
