Horse Description

Registered Appendix QH (3/4 thoroughbred 1/4 Qtr Horse). Experienced in both english and western disciplines. Eventing training when 3-5 years old, used on lots of trails rides and also used to rope from at rodeos and rodeo training for new cowboys. He'd be perfect for an adult looking for a very quiet, simple ride. Walks on trails slowly and is not excitable or spooky. Will also trot/canter/gallop, but also keeps that slow and smooth. He's 16.2 hands tall, so I think he'd be a little large for a child, but is safe for kids to be around. He loves attention too. Up to date on all shots/neg coggins/deworming. Is sound and does not require any special feed or supplements. Has 2 old scars on hind cannon bones from a fence accident as a yearling but does not effect him at all. He does jump and do some dressage, but working in a ring is not his favorite job - he prefers getting somewhere. price is negotiable to right home.
