"Kenny" has not got a registered name just yet! We are
still deciding just what to call him that fits!
Kenny was born on October the 18th - which was his
due date! That was planned well!
Kenny is a 3/4 Cleveland Bay, 1/4 TB COLT with
potential to be an excellent sire of Cleveland Bay
Sporthorses. He is a full brother to our own young
stallion Billara Beersheba (Bill) which is our reason for
parting with him. We dont need two stallions with the
same breeding!
His dam is Billara Killari - a 16.2hh Cleveland Bay
Sporthorse mare (By Gillshaw Caliph - pure CB, and out
of a TB mare), and his sire is Wetherby Alpheratz (Pure
CB) and sire of numerous successful CB Sporthorses.
Kenny has a "look at me!" presence about him and will
go far in the right hands. He should go on to be very
competitive in the Dressage, Showjumping or Eventing
fields - heck, he could even be a great horse in harness
if you wanted! - and may go on to a great career as a
sire. The potential is there!
His full brother, Bill, has a wonderful temperament and
such a laid back nature which Kenny is sure to match.
3/4 CBs are not common in the market and are almost
the perfect sire for breeding Sporthorses. - with the CB
bone and the TB athleticism.
Kenny is priced VERY competitively at $6000 AUS
(approximately $4500 US), which even taking into
account the cost of import to the USA - which is easy
with Australias clean quarantine status - is still a
competitive price for a potentially valuable sire and
performance horse introducing CB bloodlines not
currently available in the USA.
