Horse Description
**Comet: Friesian/Quarter Horse; Gelding; Bay with 2
white socks on back legs and a star; about 15.2 hands.
Sire: Black Quarter Horse (under 15 hands)-(POCO
BRED) Dam: Black Friesian/Percheron (way over 16
hands) Real Nice boy. Must see. He is very gentle.
Reason for selling: NEEDS A JOB/PURPOSE greater then
we can give. I just hate to walk out in the field and see
him just standing there bored. He's to nice of a horse to
be a pasture ornament. He is very well behaved. Has
been to 3 Parades and on plenty of trail rides. Great
Hooves, very hard. Doesn't need shoes but has had
them on. Could be used for anything, whatever you
want. Just needs to learn the job. Could be a great
roping horse, pickup men horse, hunter/jumper, buggy
horse, you name it I bet he could do it. He is broke with
simple cues. He knows Whoa, Easy, Walk, Trot, Stand,
etc... Rode Western with a hackamore. Listens to leg
movements, no kicking. Loves attention.
Loves people. Loves Water. Not Spooky, but watches
cars. Will work to please, he will try hard for you. He is
playful. Just not enough I can say for this horse. NOT
REGISTERED. Negative Coggins, UTD De-Worming and
Shots. If interested feel free to ask questions. Let us
know ahead of time and you can come try him out. As
of right now we are riding him steadily on trails and
using him on the farm. DOB: April 10th
2002. Asking $2,000 or Neg. to the right home. We are
very concerned about him going to good home.
