Horse Description
Beautiful, Bay, ' Breeder Stock ' APHA (#581067)
registered mare. Granddaughter of National Halter
Champion, IMPRESSIVE EIGHTY(#158877). She has
been ridden on trails and does very well. She has been
trained in dressage and has been started over some
very low jumps. She has not been jumped much due to
a splint injury back in July. She has been checked by a
vet and the splint is cold and she is sound. She has
never been shown. She has been ridden by some
children during supervised riding lessons in a small
riding arena, and done well. She is not recommended
for beginners.
She was not regularly handled until current owner
purchased her several months back, so she still needs
work on picking up her hooves and standing for the
farrier. She has very good ground manners and loves to
be groomed.
She behaves very well for the rider and aims to please.
She does always stand still for the rider to mount up, we
are working on that issue every day--and everyday she
is getting better.
'Lady' would make an excellent brood mare for any
breeding program.
