Thoroughbred Mare for Sale in Michigan - Toast

Horse Description

Toast is an off the track mare that retired sound. She's
been ridden fairly consistently for two years and is
learning to be consistent in the bridle and jump small
courses of jumps. She has a great "Whoa" and does not
buck or bolt or rear under saddle. This mare is light up
front and drives from behind in powerful and flowing
gaits. Toast is learning her lead changes. This mare is
very friendly and waits for you at the gate of the
pasture to be petted. Not mareish, Toast is very
pleasent to be around and has a real joy for life.
Retired from the track sound and remains sound, has
been barefoot all summer. Clips, loads, ties, leads,
bathes, does everything a good horse should do. She
does crib in her stall but wears a cribbing collar. Toast
would be an excellent broodmare with her level
temperment, a great trail mount, or a dressage or
jumper prospect. Video available, reasonable offers
