Horse Description
***SOLD!!*** Congratulations
Melissa and family! Rowdy is a
3yr old dapple grey
filly with a loving
personality. 14.3H and still
growing. Great feet, legs;
soft mouth; gives easy to the
bit. Should completely grey
out in the next few years. She
rides (neckreins a little),
shoes, clips, bathes, ties,
trims, stands for vet/farrier,
blankets, and trailers well.
She's used to all kinds of
farm equipment, 4 wheeler's,
other animals etc. She has
been trail ridden numerous
times: around the farm, on big
group rides and in the NC
mountains. I started her as a
2 yr old and my husband has
been putting the miles on her.
Water, mud, rocks-no problems.
Great walk and trot but needs
a little work on her lope and
riding alone on trails. Sire
is on site-he is a registered
APHA sorrel and white overo
with his ROM in halter. This
filly's grandsire is Versa
Star-multiple world and
reserve world champion and
sire of multiple world and
reserve world champions. Needs
an intermediate rider at least
since she is still considered
a little green, but will be
absolutely no problem to
finish her out the way you
want. Selling due to TOO MANY
HORSES (or so my husband
says...) and no time to ride
her like she needs. To a
GREAT home only.
