Arabian Gelding for Sale in Maryland - Riot on Broadway

Horse Description

Riot on Broadway is a sweet and loving mount. This pony can JUMP! Clears 3'3" with ease and can go higher. Riot is a sensitive and sane pony who loves to jump. Won Reserve Champion at a schooling show (21 entries) in the 2'3" division with a young rider. He competed up to Beginner Novice in Eventing last fall and will be going Novice this spring. He is schooling Training Level banks and ditches, goes into water and is great on trail rides and hunter paces. He ran at the Howard County-Iron Bridge Hounds race meet (Jr Field Master's Chase) in Mar 07 and was very calm and sane. He is being schooled by an upper level pony clubber and has jumped at 2'9" with a very capable 9-year-old D2. Riot has great feet, teeth floated in Sep 06, clean x-rays this year, current shots and Coggins. Riot prefers soft contact and responds very well to leg and seat. He has beautiful, fluid movement, a rocking horse canter and LOVES jumping! Qualified in the Intermediate Pony division at the Maryland Region Polocrosse rally last fall and has started playing ponyclub games with my daughter. He is not at all spooky and really bonds with his rider. Riot would make an excellent pony club or 4- H mount and is an all-around good horse. We really want to find a loving home for him.
