Horse Description
"Briar" is an exceptional athlete with an eager and
willing disposition; would make an excellent horse for a
youth or adult rider. I have shown him in hunter and
equitation classes from 2' to 2'6" and at pony club
jumping shows we competed in 2'9"-3'. He LOVES to
jump! He also excells at cross-country jumping. At our
first event together, we won our age division with a
score of 27.5 !!! His outstanding extensions and forward
gaits make him a gorgeous dressage mount as well. I
haven't been at one competition where someone hasn't
admired his amazing extended trot! Scores in the high
60s and low 70s through training level. Currently
schooling first level and some second level movements.
Briar also enjoys cross-country jumping and trail riding--
great with bridges and water. I have taken him to
numerous pony club and 4-H events and he never
disappoints--he is all business and always up for trying
something new! Great traveler, likes new places.
Bathes, Clips, Ties, Stands for Farrier, Calm for the vet,
and Comes when you call him. Is up to date on all
