Horse Description
Flashy sorrel overo gelding for sale. "Cody" is a strong,
confident ride. He trails alone or in groups, comfortable
in the lead or following other horses. I've been out on
the road with him while cars fly by - no problem. He's
often been the one that "ponys" the young or spooky
horse in the group past any scary object - motorcycles,
RVs, bicycles - all of these and more he's been around
with no fuss. Very sensitive - seat, reins, and light leg
contact are all he needs to get the job done. Ask him
once and he'll go until you tell him to stop. Has a nice
jog and canter - been ridden primarily western but I
have started doing some dressage work with him.
However he's a trail horse at heart and loves the trails -
life as an arena horse is not for him. He could be a good
reining or cattle prospect as he loves to work!! He
stands for farrier, clips, loads, ties - very nice ground
manners. Strong, stocky old-fashioned QH build. Don't
