Horse Description
Promise is a stunning black and white pinto Friesian
Cross (sire is an imported Friesian/Dutch Warmblood
and dam is Friesian/Morgan/QH) with a ton of potential
and a wonderful personality. Always comes readily -
never have to "catch" this girl. Started under saddle
last summer, she is eager to learn and enjoys the
attention of training. Definitely has potential for
dressage. Due to owner's health issues and disability
she has not had a lot of training but she has had plenty
of handling and love. She needs to be with someone
who can spend time with her and give her the love and
attention she deserves. Promise is gentle and
affectionate and nosey. She supervises any chore or
task I do in her pasture and she loves to untie shoes,
unzip zippers and play with any doo-dads on T-shirts!
The first three pictures shown were taken last fall - since
then she has gotten feathering and grown a bit. The
fourth picture was taken at just a couple days old. Price
has been reduced for a quick sale because hay supplier
ran out of hay - once the new crop is in price will go
back up.
