We bought this mare for our young grandchildren. We have since learned that she is for an advanced rider, for a young kid or small adult. She has been rode on the ranch. Pistol travels very well and has a great walk. She is completly sound and weighs 860 pounds. This mare is so cute and flashy that she could go both ways as a riding pony or a brood mare.
