Due to no fault of his own, Thomas is being offered for
sale. Born and raised in Brandon, his family has grown
far too tall to do him justice.
Thomas has taken part in pony club events such as
rally, camp, AB testing and three day eventing. He is
well schooled, has a lovely canter, great length of stride
making distances easily, and has automatic lead
changes.
Thomas likes to be on a program, and most of all loves
to jump. He has lots of scope, is very careful, neat and
tidy. He is comfortable jumping 3' thoroughly enjoys 3'3,
and has competed against horses in the 3'6 jumpers.
His ground manners are very good and he has no stable
vices. Thomas is an easy keeper and does not need
energy foods. When Thomas is fit, he can go all day
long. If the warm up rings are really busy, he can get
upset with the horse traffic. On days like that, we lunge
him. Wearing ear plugs comforts him. He has never had
an unsound day.
Last summer, Thomas showed at; The Beach, The
Derby, Heart of the Continent, Red River Ex., Wheat
City, Brandon Winter and Summer fair as well as some
other small shows. Some of his winnings include; High
Point Jumper, Champion Pony Hunter, High Point Pony,
High Point Jr. Jumper, and others.
Thomas is very friendly and enjoys being with people,
always soaking up attention and pampering. He is
current with his vaccinations including Rabies and West
Nile. Presently Thomas is wearing aluminum shoes.
Thomas has his passport.
The pictures provided show our daughter, age 17 and
about 5'3. Video available with both a 17 year old and a
13 year old girl.
It will sadden us to let Thomas go, but he is much too
talented not to show. Our hopes are to find a caring
family to enjoy him as much as we have and continue
bringing home the ribbons.
