Horse Description
Maximus M is a stunning 2007 black Pure Spanish colt.
Maximus has been hand raised so he is friendly, fearless
and very sweet. His temperament is truly exceptional
and calm. He has correct conformation with nice bone
and substance from both sire and dam. His neck is long
and arched, tying in well to the shoulder. He has lovely
proportions, a powerful hip and already shows strong
impulsion. He was a large foal weighing over 100 lbs at
birth and should reach over 16.1H at maturity. Maximus
carries a chestnut gene from his dam, a chestnut
daughter of Dejado, black PRE imported stallion from
Maria Fernandez Escalera and also carries the black
gene from his sire Conquistador XII. Therefore he can
produce a multitude of colors depending upon the
mare's genetic makeup, including black, bay, chestnut,
black-bay, palomino, buckskin, smoky black, grullo &
paint. We feel he is stallion quality as well as show
quality and has great potential for the dressage arena
