nice mare, great momma,
throws big foals, awesome feet
& bone. Has a little dip to
her back
because of being bred as a 2
year old & then 5 years in a
row! I got her as an bred 6
year old & gave her some time
off breeding and we started
riding her. She gave us 2 dark
gold dun foals & a black
overo.
*****Selling because we
are cutting back on breeding
and because she needs to get
ridden more. She loves riding,
she wants her own person. She
was supposed to be my riding
mare but I already have 1 mare
I ride the most & it's hard to
find time for her. My
granddaughter (now 14) used to
ride Jessy the most but she
doesn't get out here much
anymore. They are quite the
team, really love each other &
I offered Jess to her last
year but she'd have to part
with her other at home horse &
she won't. Jessy is a real
sweet heart, quiet & near the
bottom of the pecking order
but she wants to ride so bad
that she is starting to
challenge my other mare for my
attention! I hate to part with
her but if I can find her a
great friend, I surely will.
***** Jess is started on
barrels & speed events & she
loves them. Our Granddaughter
Cheyanne rides Jess on a few
rides & runs right before out
fall fun show & they have
taken junior Reserve Champion
2 years in a row. She's pretty
much a clean slate with no bad
habits,
if you put a little time on
her, I think she'd make a 2D
barrel horse easily. She's
quick on the take off & she's
like a fast moving freight
train and she just loves
riding, barrels & attention.
She seems to prefer woman &
girls. ***Jessy's not a novice
or a dude horse. She's loves
to get out & go but she's not
bad or pulling on you either.
She is the perfect fit for a
girl like my granddaughter
who's been riding since before
she could crawl, first game
show at 7 and trained her
first horse at 10. She'll give
you a good fun ride that you
both enjoy. *** when I first
met her at the horse sale, I
asked Jessy if she wanted to
come home with me & she laid
her head on my chest. She is a
very intuitive, special girl
that needs riding & loving.
