Horse Description
Falcon is a flashy chestnut with a pretty face. He is quiet
enough for an experienced child to ride. I have taken
him to "A" circuit shows in IL and he has done well in
hunters and equitation. We usually show around 3'0 and
work a bit higher at home. He hasn't shown in jumpers
but has the potential for it. He is very big boned and
solid...you wouldn't guess he is a thoroughbred. He has
done well in turnout with more than 20 other horses. He
doesn't bite or kick. He stands well for the farrier and in
cross ties. With a bit of encouragement he loads ok. He
is fine on the road and with cars. He has jumped up to
4'0 down a grid but 3'6 is probably the safe limit for a
full course. He has a light mouth and works well in a
simple snaffle. He is currently being successfully ridden
by a 13 year old girl.
