Horse Description
George is a one of a kind ranch gelding, that are hard
to to find. We have used him for absolutely everything
on our ranch, dragged calves at branding, treat cattle in
pasture, roped bulls, sorting. He is also a top notch
heading horse, and is calm, cool and consistent. Cannot
say enough good things about this gelding. He has been
ridden consistently since 2, was shown ( at 2) in the
SPHC 70:30 in Moose Jaw, placing 6th over all. His.s sire
holds multiple youth championships, plus points in
Halter, Western Pleasure,, Cutting, Steer stopping and
heeling. George is a top end ranch horse, but he could
go so many different directions, I have started him on
the barrel pattern and he shows great potential there, or
you could take him back to the show ring if you wanted
or a great high schooll rodeo horse. He is a nice boy to
have around, great to handle, and catch! We have
moved on to some young prospects to ride,so have
decided to move some of our "solid" broke geldings.
