LEGEND is our AQHA foundation-type red dun stallion
that stands 14.2HH. He is AQHA & KYQHA Incentive Fund
enrolled for
stallion listings in 2008...and you can verify this on the
KYQHA website.
His foundation percentage with NFQHA is
78.223%....barely under the mark to qualify but if bred
to mare with at least 81.777% foundation, the foal will
be eligible for registry with NFQHA.
Legend is also listed with the ApHC. He's a
proven producer of a red dun w/blanket
appaloosa stud colt in 2007. Legends recent ApHC
registered foals of 2008....a buckskin appy roan
stud colt with lots of spots, sorrel roan filly with blaze
and splash on both hips, chestnut stud colt with
large blanket
and wide
blaze, and his last foal was out of a dapple gray AQHA
mare, a red dun stud colt that is very nicely built.
Legend's as sweet and
respectful as he can be with our mares. He has patience
for the right moment. We can walk out there and catch
him without a problem and lead him away from the
mares. We pasture
breed one mare at a time to him in his own paddock and
he can breed a mare that
is 15.3HH or less. Stud fee of
$400.00 includes
(booking fee-$100.00) and balance of $300.00 required
when mare delivered and/or picked up after breeding.
