Looking for a mare with
internationally proven blood
up close? Interested in
combining those with the
hottest American stallion both
here and Europe? Looking for a
proven cross? Look no further...
Royally-bred Holsteiner mare
in foal to Coconut Grove for a
2008 baby. Mare has NO L-line
and only one cross to Cor de
la Bryere so no problems
finding a match for this mare
:-) Mare is extremely
versatile in terms of
production as she allows the
stallion to improve her...pick
your discipline, pick the
stallion for that discipline.
This mare can easily produce
jumpers, hunters, eventers or
dressage horses.
Sire of Haydn's foal is the
internationally renowned
Coconut Grove. Coconut Grove
is THE sire being chosen by
Jumping and Eventing
Olympians! He is approved by
EVERY major European and US
registry, including the
Holsteiner Verband and the
KWPN. In 2007, he had two
stallion sons approved from
his first foal crop.
This is a repeat of the '07
crossing which resulted in a
lovely premium filly (despite
showing no trot and being just
9 weeks old) that has received
high praise from fellow
breeders, breeding
professionals and judges. The
Coconut Grove-Solid Silver
cross has also yielded premium
offspring in the AHHA.
Haydn is Solid Silver-Calypso
II-Aldato, stamm 2004.
Standing 16.3 with silver
coat, a gorgeous face with a
soulful expression and a neck
that just won't quit, Haydn
immediately catches the
attention of all. Her
conformation is very correct,
modern and leggy without
sacrificing substance and bone
and a lovely feminine type
representative of her
internationally-proven lines.
Haydn's imported premium dam
was the foundation broodmare
of Sandstone's breeding
program. The direct mare
family are proven producers of
successful high level
competition horses, in the US
(WEF) and in Europe, including
Haydn's full-sister who
competed successfully in
Europe with GP rider Gaby Salick.
She's very sweet, loves
attention and fussing over.
Super mom. Easy foaling. Good
with other mares and foals in
pasture. Mare is an easy
keeper and requires minimal
maintenance throughout the
year. Good for farrier and
vet, easy to worm, easy for
shots. AHHA and BWP approved.
She is heterozygous grey so
she will NOT produce grey
every time.
Haydn is also sound to ride
and is trained through first
level dressage. She is also
very good on trails.
