I have owned this beautiful
mare since the day she was
born. The only reason I'm
selling her is because my
toddler keeps me from
committing to my mares full
time training on my own.
Bailey is four and will be
five in May. She is 15.2
hands, a pretty bay with a
small star. Bailey is a smart
girl and is ready to go in any
direction. She could be your
versatile horse! Bailey is
AQHA, Thoroughbred, & Irish
Draught. (Irish Draught Sport
Horse anyone?) Sadly the owner
of the sire never followed
through taking her stallion to
inspection so that is why
Bailey is not registered. This
doesn't mean she isn't a great
horse!! She has athletic
ability galore. Bailey has
good ground manners, leads,
ties, loads, hauls, (was
shipped to MT from WA as a
yearling) bathes, clips,
respects fencing, stands for
farrier, yet has never had a
shoe on in her life...Great
solid rock hard hooves! Bailey
was born on a 160 acre ranch,
yet handled all the time.
Bailey has never been stalled,
yet would probably do fine in
a stall with a run that is
open all the time. I have
introduced a snaffle bit and
have sat on Bailey bareback
several times (She just looks
at me) and have lunged her
with a surcingle. Get her now
at steal. Bailey is going into
full time training in March. I
accept credit cards!! Would
also be interested in a trade
for a sport horse that is
already started or maybe a
younger horse that is around
three years of age. (could
take my time for the next
couple years) At this time I
can commit to riding two to
three times a week (more in
summer less in winter) In a
couple years when my daughter
goes to kindergarten I will be
able to commit more time. I
plan on dabbling in dressage
schooling shows, clinics,
trail riding and maybe some
light jumping (not a
requirement though) May also
trade for really nice bumper
pull trailer.
