Horse Description
Umbaba is a true representative of the traditions in
Portugal of both excellence in dressage and the working
Doma Vacquero horse. He has light, uphill movement
with tremendous drive for dressage. He is quick, agile,
responsive and game for reining or Doma Vacquero. His
athletic ability is remarkable, even among Iberians.
Umbaba combines his athleticism with exceptional
temperament. He is both kind and willing. He has
tremendous desire for work and is happiest when he is

We may consider a partial trade for a Palomino, Creme
Mare or filly (Lusitano or Andalusian), feel free to
contact us for details. We have just lowed Umbaba's
price from $25,000 to $18,000. Due to the fact we
haven't had much time to train him. But his price will
increase soon with the more training he recieves. He
lounges (walk/trot/canter), is in long lines, he has been
mounted and has had a rider on his back, walk only. He
knows Circus Bow, Bow on Left Knee, and sit-up. We
really need to move him on, he will make an excellant
riding, and breeding horse for his next owners. Please
