Horse Description
"Pino" has a great mind and should be a color producer. He is a pleasure to handle. This is his second breeding season. We will have colts out of him late this season. His great grand sire was AQHA Super Horse Mr Red Baron. His sire and grand sire have passed along their calm nature. We expect the same from him. He will be in Roping Training later this year. Then we will start jack potting on him. At this time we are live breeding only. Update 4/11/08 We have received color testing in "Pino" he is homozygous black and homozygous agouti. This means out of a sorrel, bay, or black you will get a buckskin colt 100% of the time. And out of most other colors you have no less than a 50% chance of getting a buckskin. UPDATE: 5/07/08 Pino's first colt born to us, Buckskin Stud Colt. Absolutely beautiful.
