Horse Description
"Arawen" is a straight russian Arabian mare, a Padron grandaughter ,that we purchased from the Taylor Ranch in Utah. They were the final home of *Nariadni,*Muscat and Aladdin. We have raised her on our farm and when she was 4 we sent her to a professional Arabian trainer. She is coming along well and enjoys being worked with. She does walk, trot, canter, and does pretty well naturally taking her leads. She works well off the leg, backs, side passes and collects her head very nicely for a young horse. She has very good barn manners and stalls, blankets, leg wraps, wears sleazies and lunges well. Her conformation is very correct and she moves out freely. She pastures well with other horses and is an easy keeper. In conclusion, Arawen is a nicely started young horse. She also has the makings of a life long friend and excellent riding companion, as well as a very well bred breeding mare. She is currently scheduled to be bred to a Friesian stallion in May and her price will increase accordingly. The stallion is Zorro and he is a natl dressage champion.
