Rock is a super nice son of 2 time NFR Qualifier Captain
Biankus. He is a 7 year old gelding, stands
approximately 15.1, and is extremely beautiful. He is a
full brother to Kelli Currins pro rodeo horse, Snip. He is
also a full brother to Stretchin
Biankus who was sold for thousands of dollars and
is currently doing excellent at all the big races.
Let me give you the story behind Rock... I started him
when he was two years old. (I am Kelli Currins neice
and I live very close to her so Rock is trained the same
style as her horses.) I spent 4 years doing slow work,
hauling him to see the sites, and exhibitioning him at all
the races. Needless to say this horse is super solid on
the barrel pattern. To top that off, he is super fast. (I
have breezed him out on the track against some very
fast horses and Rock can hold his own. Not to mention
watching him in the pasture) The only problem with this
whole picture is that I'm a firefighter and in the summer
I do not have time to haul Rock and keep him going like
he should be. Last summer I worked in California and
was so busy Rock had the whole summer off. When I
got home, I got back on him and started getting him
back into shape He didn't miss a beat. We started better
than where we had left off. With little time I was making
money in the 2d and 3d without pushing him. This horse
has all the potential to be a top notch 1D horse, (which
he has clocked 1D times when I was riding him
consistently,) if someone has time to ride and haul him
during the summer. That is the only reason I am selling
him now! He is very easy to ride. He can go left or right
and makes a good pattern either direction. He is ready
to be pushed and turned into a 1D horse. He is not for a
beginner, this horse can compete with the pros! He
stands, clips, loads, ties and bathes like a champ. Come
try him before Rodeo season starts! Price negotiable to
