Horse Description
Odie is a handsome horse that
we have used strictly for
trail riding in the mountains
and parks using western
tack and for overnight
camping. He can stay
tied all week without any
problems when not riding, etc.
We ride him with a mixture of
horses- some stock type,
some gaited. He has a smooth,
fast, reaching walk and
will canter slowly or trot out
when allowed. We are
selling because I need and
have gotten a shorter horse.
I don't have time to work with
this one enough. When he
is loose in the pasture, he
has a good extended trot with
a lower headset. He is priced
as a tall trail horse, and he
has not ever been shown. He is
not registered, but he
has the look of a
thoroughbred/saddle/twh horse
type
cross. His price is
negotiable and we are eager to
sell.
He would do well for an
advanced beginner rider or
better due to his size and
