Updated 9/15/08~Ruge is an EXCELLENT trail horse. Has many trail miles under him. Has had professional trail training as a 2 year old. He is calm and steady on trail, and stops willingly. He is currently being ridden by 53 and 67 year olds on 2 to 4 hour trail rides. He has been ridden out alone and ridden with other horses. Ridden in fields, roads and open pastures. He is a beautiful Blue Roan. He is also under a trainer doing arena work at this time, but is first and foremost a trail horse. Saddles and handles calmly. If you are looking for a young nice gelding for years of trail ahead of you this is a super nice one. He is not a fast trail horse which makes him ideal for those wanting a calm slow ride. Is not afraid of cars, machinery or dogs. He is very nicely built and has all shots, farrier,dental done for 2008. He has no vices or health issues. Natural low headset. Serious inquiries ONLY.
