Horse Description

Flashy Hunter, Trained/Shown successfully: 14.3 h, 16 years young, APHA registered, Jetta's Flash Back (A.K.A Flashy), black/white overo gelding. Loves to Jump. Has gone up to 4' This boy is well trained with lovely gaits and jump form, BUT bucked my daughter off 2x in our first couple of months with him, was excellent 99% of the time but daughter is frightened. He needs an experienced trainer to work through it. He had not been worked when we bought him and we do not have time/money to invest on the brush-up for him AND overcoming daughter's "fear factor." He was owned/shown successfully (PHA & 4H)by a teen previously and may do fine with a youngster again after a bit of retraining and regular work. He is 100% sound with no health issues, friendly personality. He hauls, baths, clips. Was trail ridden by previous owner,we have not. (We may send him to trainer soon, price will go up after training,priced low to reflect training needed.)He's a nice horse and worth a bit of effort.
