Horse Description

"Appy" is a 16.3+hh, 6-year old Appaloosa half- stallion. "Appy" is a big and beautiful horse with a puppydog personality, he will follow you everywhere, loves treats and attention, will even walk away from his grain dish for a petting. "Appy" is a half-stallion because he only has one testicle due to an improper casterization when he was younger, it does not affect his attitude and shows no stallion characteristics, is a total sweetheart. "Appy" has been used as a trail horse since we have owned him and is bombproof to cars/trucks, tractors, farm equipment, even airplanes landing by the pasture, he goes through woods, fields, over logs and water. "Appy" has had two years of western pleasure training, he is slow legged and flat kneed, but can speed up for hunter, and is good in hand for halter. "Appy" stands for the vet, farrier, and for tacking and grooming, is ok to load but needs a bigger trailer since he is a big guy.
