Horse Description

Jewel is a registered Arabian mare that has somehow become separated from her papers. She has a freeze brand showing her registration number. She did have a foal six years ago for us but has not been bred since (still cycles regularly though). She is well trained to ride, because of her age she would be suitable for light riding. Because of her age and my weight, she has only been ridden bareback for the last several years. She has been ridden english and western in the past. Even though she is older and has experience, she is still spunky and would probably be best for someone who has had some equine experience (and preferably Arabian experience). Jewel leads, loads, ties, bathes, is good for farrier and vet - has a "been there done that" attitude. She enjoys human company and attention. She does have the typical Arabian personality. She tends to be a dominant mare in the pasture. She has been pastured with mares and geldings but is currently pastured by herself. She is only up for sale as we have new babies to make room for. Price is negotiable to the right home.
