Horse Description
Double Take is a very pretty,
very feminine Dutch Warmblood
filly with great confirmation
and long straight legs and is
shedding out to a lovely
chocolate liver chestnut
color. She is a strong filly
with an inquisitive and super
friendly personality. She is
a complete pocket pet and
loves to greet people at the
door of her stall for pets and
scratches.

Her pedigree includes highly
successful dressage and show
jumping ancestors. Her sire,
Consul, was the 2004 USEF Top
Ranked Jumper Sire and
competed and won at Fourth
Level dressage and sired the
international show jumper,
Judgement ISF, who won the
2005 CN International
$1,000,000 Grand Prix, won 5
Grand Prixs in 2004, and was
the KWPN-NA 2003 FEI Horse of
the Year.

Grandsire Nimmerdor was the
2000 "The Stallion of the 20th
Century". Preussengeist *E*
(*E* = Elite) sired multiple
dressage offspring that
successfully competed in Prix
St. Georges. Great grandsire
Donauwind *E* also sired
successful dressage progeny
but is known more for the
success of his son Abdullah,
who was a member of the 1984
US Gold Medal Olympic Team in
show jumping and received a
Silver Medal in the Individual
competition as well.
