Horse Description
Gizelle is a gorgeous, true jet black mare, approx 15.3-
16 hh
& 15yrs old. This mare was ridden english & western by
kids & adults, all over the trails & streets of Norco.
Great on trail, in traffic, with dogs, noise, kids, etc.
Hadn't been ridden in two years prior to coming into our
rescue program. We have started reconditioning her and
she is doing extremely well!
Started over cross rails and small fences. Was ridden in
hackamore for years and now has been intorduced to a
simple snaffle bit. You'll fall in love with this
mares friendly, affectionate and willing disposition. Good
ground manners, stands for farrier, barefoot, ties,
bathes. Was brought into our rescue prigram by owner,
so we were able to get a good history on her. When I
jumped on her the first time, she hadn't been ridden in
almost two years and she was easy and offerd only
willingness. My 8yr old daughter rides her now, but I
would recommend a little more reconditioning prior to
putting young or unexperienced ridders on her. She has
a very good mind and after putting some more miles on
her, she'll be an awesome horse for just about anyone!
Excellent prospect to breed to a friesian or
andalusian for a nice sport horse foal. Nice H/J or
