Horse Description

leo is a VERY intelligent horse. I think he would be best suited for someone who has the time to work with him at leats 3 times a week. He gets bored very easily. He really needs job. I think he would be a great barrel horse (thats what i bought him for) but i also think he would be great for anything other than english or western pleasure. he is a fast mover. He has had 60 days at a trainer and i havent really had much time to work with him since. I am a college student with a part time job. Im sure you understand my lack of time for him. when he was at the trainer he was w/t with a canter he didnt like very much but i could get him cantering soon. He was counter bending, walking over tarps, logs, bridges ect. I do sugest a stronger ridder for leo, i mentioned he was very smart, but that also comes with some stubornness. He will test you, if you dont let him get away with it you will be fine. He has a very soft mouth, rides with a snaffel. I just really want him to go to a good home where he can reach him full potential. I just cant give him what he needs.
