Rotika is an outstanding and beautiful bright chestnut
Hanoverian mare. She was the AHS site champion at
her inspection, receiving all 7s and three 8s (for her
head, neck and breed type).
She has had three outstanding foals all by Brentano II,
each with international movement and kind, willing
dispositions. Her first foal was 6th at the Region 7 in-
hand championships as a 2-year-old and was the
highest placing amateur shown filly. She received good
comments from the judges at her foal inspection as well
as at all of her in-hand competitions. She is currently in
training for dressage. He second foal is a 17 hand, 3-
year-old gelding that is currently being started. He is
progressing very well in training. He received glowing
remarks on his conformation and presence as a foal at
his AHS inspection. Her youngest foal, Brennessa is also
for sale listed on site. She is an outstanding filly with an
amazing kind disposition and fluid movement.
Rotika is impeccably bred.
She is sired by Rotspon, a 16.2 hand (168 cm) black
Hanoverian stallion born in 1995. He is a charismatic son
of the famous dressage stallion Rubenstein I. His
damline includes famous broodmare sires, Argentan, Pik
Bube and Wendekreis. He was clearly the crowd favorite
at the 1997 Stallion Licensing, and went on to become
Champion of the 1998 Stallion Performace Test with a
rideability score of 9.5. He currently has 14 licensed
sons. One of which was Champion of his stallion
performance test, Rascalino, and two of which were
Reserve Champion's of their stallion performance tests,
Royal Blend and Re Primeur!
Rotika is out of SPS Winessa by Wolkenstein II a 16H 1"
chestnut Hanoverian stallion born 1990. His sire is the
incomparable Weltmeyer, 1998 Hanoverian Stallion of
the Year, and considered by many to be the Hanoverian
Sire of the Century. He comes from a foundation
mother line. His grandmother was a full sister to
Garibaldi I and Garibaldi II (sire of Gifted). Wolkenstein
II's performance record is exceptional. He was Reserve
Champion at the 1992 Hanoverian Stallion Licensing,
German Champion Three-Year-Old Riding Horse in
1993, and Champion of the 1993 Stallion Performance
Test.
Rotika is an exceptional mother, great producer and
lovely mare to be around. She was started under saddle
as a 3-year-old. She was left open this year so that she
can go back into training and complete her mare
performance test. She comes with a paid breeding to
the Brentano II son, Bonheur.
