Horse Description
Osk loves people and could be happily pet and brushed
all day long. She's very sweet and mild and was ridden
by children in Iceland and as a lesson horse before
coming to live with me. Osk is the best trail horse I've
ever ridden. She's very alert and ready to go on the
trail with a lot of energy, but is totally controllable. You
just have to point, and she'll go wherever you want.
She's about as bomb-proof as a horse can get. Osk has
been trail ridden extensively, swims across creeks, has
done some team penning, ranch sorting, knows how to
drag tires and logs and has seen (and is not bothered
by) backpackers, motorcyclists, and bicyclists. Osk is 5
gaited and comes from a very famous bloodline. She's
has two beautiful foals who share her beautiful
conformation, quiet disposition and love for people. She
would make an exceptional broodmare, wonderful first
horse, or delightful trail partner for years to come. For
