Horse Description
Nice reg. QH mare. 8 yrs old.
Goes back to Rocket Wrangler.
Leads, loads, ties, and is
good for the farrier. No barn
vices. Fine with dogs, easy to
catch, goes saddled or
bareback. Neck reins and
backs. Nice mare that gets
along well with her pasture
mates. Now the bad news: The
previous owners of this mare
were very negligent in taking
care of her feet and her
hooves have some pretty bad
cracks in them. :( Since I
have had her (about a month
and a half) she has been
trimmed and rasped and her
hooves are improving. It's
just going to take time for
the cracks to grow all the way
out, then she will be fine. I
got this mare planning to keep
her over the winter but my
horse situation has changed
and I no longer have room to
rehab a horse. This is a good
mare with lots of potential.
She is broke to ride. Please
do not contact me if you are
just looking for a broodmare
(baby factory). There are too
many horses as it is and this
mare deserves better. Good,
long term home a must!
