Horse Description

I bought this gelding thinking I was going to trail ride
more, but due to lack of time he is just standing in the
pasture. JB is a 14 y/o sorrel overo APHA gelding. He is
a grandson of Scotch Bar Tommy, the 2nd leading sire
of paint performance horses and an all around point
earner and champion in APHA. JB is a kids horse deluxe.
He will trail ride all day- in fact, last weekend we took
him on a 5 hour trail ride. We rode in the timber, in the
water, and on busy roads and he took it like a champ.
He has been to tons of shows and placed in western
pleasure and gaming classes. He has not been shown
english, but he does ride english and I believe he would
do well. He has a nice headset and a nice slow walk,
jog, and lope. JB is also great for the farrier, vet, and
loves to get a bath and will drink out of the hose. He
stands tied, clips, loads, etc. He has no bad habits.
Unfortunately, JB shows signs of arthritis in his fetlock
(maybe from a past injury)but his x-rays came out
clean. We switched him from daily stalling to 24/7
turnout and his symptoms are 95% gone due to not
being stalled. He is also on CortaFlx to help lubricate his
joints. He will pack kids all day long and you can trust
him as he is a great babysitter. He is very easy for kids

MUST since I love this boy very much and hate to see
him go.
