Horse Description
Sultana is a 2002, 14.2hh, chestnut, Quarter Pony mare
who won the green hunter pony championship at the All
Breed Pony Show in Cochrane, Alberta this August. This
forward moving large pony can easily make the horse
stride between jumps. She is brave and does not
spook. This summer she was lightly shown at the 2'3" -
2'6" level by a 12 year old girl but could easily be ridden
by an adult. They have also been working on dressage
and love to have fun in the cross country field.
Sultana's previous owner had schooled her in reining.
So she can spin, stop, roll back and do flying changes.
Sultana is easy to work around, she ties, bathes, clips
and trailers well. She is a very affectionate, friendly
pony, easy to catch, low maintenance and presently
