Horse Description

hi, i am looking for a cheap or free pony or small horse
for my nephew. my son and daughter both have horses
and my nephew gets upset every time they go on a trail
ride because he does not have anything to ride. i would
be willing to pay up to 200 for a mount for him. he is a
very petite 12 year old who is only just learning to ride.
so if anyone out there has anything they are willing to
part with that is kind of beginner friendly and within
