Sadly I am offering Romeo now
for sale (lease is still
available until sold, may
consider off site lease to
right home). Gorgeous hard to
find dun bay (full dorsal
stripe) He would make a
perfect addition to and
equestrian team or training
facility. Loves to jump and
lasts forever. He is the type of
horse that behaves better with
regular work. I am able to
pull him out of the pasture
after not being worked for a
week or so and get on him,
however he has a tone of
energy and occasionally bucks.
Romeo would defiantly require
an experienced owner/rider. Or
a trainer with gentle
techniques. Sale would be
contingent upon references and
first right for me to buy him
back should you choose to sell
him. sale price is $8000.00
obo ***Romeo is a wonderful
horse, sadly finances require
me to lease him out. The
lessee/buyer will be required
to provide references, and
demonstrate an advanced rider
level. Romeo is VERY sweet and
VERY smart, however he does
not do well with a heavy
handed or aggressive rider. I
like to say that Romeo isnt a
"bad horse, but a
misunderstood horse" I
purchased him 3 years ago, and
it took me at least a year to
build his trust and take him
to the next level. Currently
he is being worked in very
schooling level dressage,
(side passes, ect) he enjoys
trail riding, (prefers to
lead), would possibly work for
saddlseat English pleasure,
free jumps 3.5 ft, almost has
flying changes down pat, neck
reins. really he is a jack of
all trades. he would be great
for eventing hunter jumper or
even cross country as he as
awesome stamina. Currently he
has 4 shoes on (just for me,
they are weighted) he has
GREAT feet and doesn't really
need them.Experience and
patience are required. He is
body clipped and blanketed and
kept outside unless the
weather is bad then he is
stalled. The lessee will have
access to 2 outdoor arenas, a
large heated clubhouse, and
the 27 stall barn with indoor
arena is heated as well. the
lease will cover, board,
ferrier care, shots, worming
ect. I am not looking to make
money on this deal, just help
compensate him financially,
and give him the work and love
that he deserves and I can not
provide at this time. if you
