This horse has one gun, gunsmoke
and docs prescription on his papers. Thirsty (SI 75) is out of the famed LEO. He has perviously had 90 days riding and cattle work from a girl up north
Alabama.
This horse will make a great horse. GREAT rodeo prospect - cow work, barrels, anything you put his mind to. He's not hard to catch, when I call he always goes right into his stall and I step in and get him. Never bucked/pulled back/kicked/reared, etc... no bad habits. He does seem to be wary of new people, and seems to need a week or so to trust you, but has never ever taken action against anyone and seems to LOVE attention. He was pastured with a very abusive horse so I think thats why he looks at people funny.
I was actually really looking forward to training him
but am forced to sell out our ranch. I have only been able to ride him a few times, and he has been great, but since I have not been able to take time for him, I am forced to sell cheap. I paid $2500 for him.
He does have a small spot on his left eye, but the vet says it is nothing to worry about. You can barely see it now that he has finished the meds. And it doesnt affect him. But that is why his price is so low- that and I have only had time to ride him a few times. He's a real sweetheart... he just needs some love and attentionBuckskin brother link-
