Horse Description

I'm looking for a rescue horse, maybe one thats been abandoned, neglected, beaten, or just forgotton about. I've loved horses all my life and have been training them since I got my first horse at age 8. I'm fourteen and I just want to do something to help horses. My goal is to take a horse in need of help and fix him/her up and train it enough to be ridden by most anyone, then sell it to someone who really wants a horse, or a riding academy that would take good care of him/her. I'm not looking to make money off of this because by doing this I want to give a few horses a better life and also find the right horse for me. I also say this because I would like get a rescue horse from a shelter that is running out of space for its animals, so I am also helping a shelter in the process.
I'm not too picky. I'm looking for a full grown horse, 18 or under, 14.2hh or taller, any color, any breed, but no stallions, and one who I could train in english riding, even if its just on the flat. I dont much mind out of control horses, I've been dealing with them all my life, so as long as he's rideable, it wont be a problem. Also, I'm willing to pay a few hundred dollars, maybe even up to $1000 for a rescue horse, but I think that is even a bit much.
