Horse Description
A beautiful moving dark black bay daughter of one of the all time leading sires Desperado V. Desi is a solid minded, easy to handle mare. Well broke english and western, has done a little bit of everything....been trail riding at the lake, local shows, our small town parades, etc. Goes comfortably in a snaffle. Nice lower level dressage/hunt horse. She did very well for the trainer in western pleasure, who tried it just to see if Desi could. Loads, ties, great for the farrier. UTD on all shots to include west nile. Gets along with other horses. Ridden by myself, an adult amateur, and by my eight yr old daughter. Knows how to stand up for halter and how to do the sporthorse in hand triangle. Has been shown by my daughter in local and 4H shows, and is always in the ribbons. For sale only because my daughter wants more of a stock type horse for showing locally (may trade/partial trade for a kid safe western horse for use in 4H, gymkhana).
