Horse Description
Nikita is a wonderfully affectionate, quiet, and well mannered 5 year old chestnut mare. Nikita is very responsive to leg, seat, weight and voice, and has very smooth, even, easy to ride, flashy gaits. She has been ridden western and English and has been used recently for beginner English Lessons, and started on the ground over small jumps. She is broke to drive and is currently pulling a 2 wheel cross country cart. Nikita has been ridden through and is very sound in many situations including residential and road construction, alleys, coulees and trails, running and standing water, and in the arena, and in heavy traffic. So far she has been ridden by intermediate and experienced riders, but with a few more miles would be a good beginner prospect. Nikita is a typically built Canadian with very attractive compact conformation, heavily muscled and big boned with lots of mane and tail, good sound feet, and good conformation. Nikita has no vices or bad habits, doesn�t kick, buck, bite, rear, or fidget. Very easy to catch, she stands well for the farrier, ground ties, stands for baths and in the cross ties. She has had DNA Parentage testing and is microchipped and registered with the CLR. Located in Lethbridge, Asking $4700 OBO.
