Ginger is a 3yr.old quarter horse w/an eigth of pony in her. She is a sorrel and stands 14.2hh. Ginger is a very friendly easy going horse. She is easy to catch, loads, trims,worms, & shots. I started her last year under saddle and know my 13yr. old daughter rides her. She also rides bareback. We have introduced her to the game patterns at a walk and trot. She has moved cattle down the road. She has been on trail rides and by herself. I have 5 kids and they crawl all over her. Her mother started showing at the age of 3, by my 6yr. old in the little tots shows. Last year my daughter show her mother at the county fair and won both in the pleasure events and games. Ginger's grandma has been to the State 4-H horse show and won, the State High School Rodeo and was the State Barrel champion 2yrs. in a row and pole champion one year. She also won AQHA horse of the year. Her grandma has also competed in the NBHA finals and won the 2D championship! Ginger also has an uncle that has been to the 4-H State show and won the poles three yrs. in a row, and know again as a 19yr.old for my duaghter. He aslo won 3D champion in 2007 at the NBHA open finals and won 2nd place in the 2D Youth championship last year. She comes from a strong background of winners. She will make an awesome all-around horse for some youth! Give her the time and she will perform! The reason for selling is, we have to many horses and need to cut back.
