Maromac Mercedes is a gorgeous mare with a loving, unique, happy,puppy dog personality. She is very personable, loves people of all ages, and is an easy keeper. We are her second owners. We have had her since just before turning 5. She has a gorgeous conformation! We get compliments on her where ever we go. She is extremely talented, very soft in the mouth and light to your leg. You can sit her western jog for hours! She has had training with well known coaches in reining, working cow and western showing. She will load in a straight hall, stand for hours to be pampered or on long days at 4H shows. She clips, baths, stands perfectly for farrier and has no vices, except at times she panics if she can not be freed from where she is tied if she pulls back. We have her ground tied, or use a special clip that allows her some give, and then if she pulls, she has some release, and then she is fine. We have only has this happen 2 times in 3 years mind you, but still a good and safe thing to know about her. She is in her fourth year of 4H, 4a division this year. She is totally bomb proof on trails, and loves trail classes as she will go through and over anything, noises and all. Nothing fazes her. She has not done a lot of english as my daughter prefers western riding, but she would be beautiful for english showing and she LOVES to jump. Would not take much to take her in that direction. Pony club prospect? Absolutely! She has lovely, smooth flying lead changes, beautiful circles and fast and slow gates for reining. She loves to rein and LOVES cows! This mare will take you far any where you want to go except gaming. My daughter's passion is barrels, but it is not Mercedes. That is the only reason we are selling this special mare. My daughter wants to do high school rodeo next year. I am interested in trades as well for a barrel horse. She would make an awesome ranch horse! Loves the cows!
