Horse Description
Looking for a first mount for child or adult, or a best friend for human or equine? You found him. Smokey is big in body but bigger in heart. He built confidence in our whole family and many friends. He is trustworthy with child on back or around his legs. He is unbothered by cars, 4-wheelers, dogs, ect. He is a great teacher, patient and mellow. He is not fast or interested in being fast. He does have arthritis in his right knee. But otherwise "healthy as a horse". Gets along with pasture mates, trailers great, stands for farrier and vet (Our vet loves him). Easy keeper, easy to handle, easy, easy, easy. Ready to have the perfect first horse, safe and loving? Come see him!
He is loved where he is, whether we move on to other mounts or not...approved home only. I'd love to see him being enjoyed for the great guy he is! There are pletnty of people in this world who need a safe and great teacher like him.
