Horse Description
"Katie" is a beautiful Sorrel & White spotted Missouri Fox Trotter mare. She is not only beautiful to look at but she is just as beautiful inside. When she sees you come out of the house she nickers. She will put her head in the halter if you just hold it over the fence. She loves people and tries so hard to please you. She is a wonderful safe trail mount for any level rider. She has been ridden all over Kentucky, Tennessee, Illinois and Missouri on every kind of terrain. She will ride out alone or anywhere in a group. She will go anywhere you point her. She will cross water and downed trees. She will ease down steep hills and really takes care of her rider. She will ride on a loose rein and will one had neck rein. She is the perfect hard to size trail mount standing 14.1. She is stout enough to carry any size rider. She will stand still for mounting and dismounting. She will walk slowly like a quarter horse. She will fox trot and also has a nice running walk. She has a wonderful trail gait but she is not a fast racking horse. She gets along well with other horses. She is an easy keeper. She loads and hauls well. She stands quiet for grooming and tacking up. She is a real sweet heart and we will sell her to a good home only. Video available upon request.
