ONYX is an Elegant, 5 yr old Black Tennessee Walking Horse Mare, with a Beautiful Head. She is a real Eye Catcher!!! She loves to ride and move on out down the trail and looks flashy doing it. If you want a horse that will turn some heads, then Onyx is the one for YOU!!! Onyx is a Non-Spooky mare and has been desensitized to everything imagineable. She will lead or go in the back of the pack. She will ride all day long and loves to ride at night. Onyx is a true leader. She will cross creeks without hesitation and loves to swim in ponds and will be the first one in. She has been trail ridden extensively and exposed to numerous things. She camps in portable fencing for long weekends and loves to go on outings. She loads and unloads like a charm. Just throw the rope over her neck and tell her to get on. She trailers very quietly and doesn't stress out on long hauls.(eats and drinks great) Ties, cross ties, clips, bathes, stands for the farrier, and stands to be mounted. She also lounges very easily-just point and send! She stops, backs, side passes and has a good handle on her. She is very smart and learns quickly. She loves to get attention and be groomed.
